1.0 What It Actually Does
The ramp works exactly like Albedo Debug & others. Customize it based on your lighting and material standards. By default, you are debugging the Material AO while simultaneously reading the center-screen pixel value.

SSAO - Screen Space Ambient Occlusion
If Global Illumination is set to Lumen or something rather than ScreenSpace, this will return 1.0 (Pure white).

MDF - Mesh Distance Fields
Mesh Distance Fields are crucial for DFAO. This toggle lets you verify if your meshes are successfully building MDFs on the fly.

DFAO - Distance Field Ambient Occlusion
Based on the previous, if your project settings have this disabled, you'll see it pitch black. This doesn't get affected by the ramp, probably in the next versions.
